David has a love and passion for fitness and has worked in the industry for over 25 years. He is the founder and CEO of Sud'n Impact Gym and a certified personal trainer and black belt martial arts instructor. He is a martial arts competitive national and world champion and also a 2004 Olympic hopeful but gave up that dream to raise his first son. David is also served in the military giving him multiple training experiences such as combative training, small arms training and physical fitness. His selfless attitude has helped so many, volunteering in many fundraisers to help the our local community and even going as far as giving temporary memberships to some of those in need of their health witch are less fortunate as well as traveling to help that are less fortunate. In addition, he is a triathlete and long distance competitor and is always working on his own personal fitness goals. David has also developed a “Impact Total Body Transformation” program for those struggling with weight loss and health. As a certified personal trainer David's goal is to educate and help people live a healthier and more positive lifestyle. Before opening up his gym he has worked and managed gyms in North Carolina and Fort Wayne IN for over 10 years. He is always looking and researching for new and innovative ways in keeping fitness fun and enjoyable.
TJ is a Kickboxer and MMA professional fighter. TJ is not only a highly skilled fighter himself with multiple pro fights and many semi-pro fights under his belt but an awesome trainer here at Sud'n Impact Gym! He is high energy, has a great sense of humor, excellent at team building, patient, motivating and loves to work with beginners and youth. TJ is a highly motivated individual that is excited to train with you and help you reach your goals.
Ashley has been in the fitness industry for 7 years, she is trained in several forms of Martial Arts including; judo, jiu-jitsu, kickboxing and boxing. She is a first degree brown belt in Judo under USJA, and black belt in kickboxing under David Hernandez (Sud'n Impact Gym). She cross trains and is constantly expanding her training techniques to help her clients reach new levels of health and fitness. She has experience with meal planning, coaching and can help people of all health and fitness levels. With her years of experience and a love for the industry she can help you achieve your goals on a fun and personalized level.
(Bri) Superior Fitness By Bri: I’ve been in the fitness industry for a year now and it is really taking off. After having my son I went from 115lb to 155lb and I knew I had to make a change. I researched, studied, watched videos, and worked my butt off training myself as well as taking group fitness classes. I saw how much fitness changed my life for the better and I wanted to give those same tools to others in need. I studied Exercise Science and I am an Ace Certified Personal Trainer. I love my job because I get to help people, teach, guide, motivate, support, strengthen, and be a friend to my clients. I’m their right hand through their fitness journey and it fills me with joy when I see their results before my eyes! At Sud'n Impact I teach HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). This class is a total body aerobic and strength conditioning interval workout with cardio bursts that is able to be done by anyone in either advanced format or can be modified as needed.

Jarrell is a 24 year old who was a high school athlete and involved in fitness for the past 6 years. He has been a certified personal trainer for 6 months and is working on both his master trainer certification and a sports nutrition certification. He is passionate about sharing his healthy and passionate lifestyle with others and helping them achieve their goals with custom training making sure he meets every single one of his clients needs. He loves working with clients in all fitness levels from beginners to athletes. Jarrell has a total focus not only on health but also education on living healthy and being active outside of the gym. I am Oprah Scott, Owner of Emaculent Fitness. Fitness has been my passion since I began running track at the age of twelve. For the past 10 years I have shifted my focus to weight training. I became a certified personal trainer because I enjoy helping others reach their fitness goals through consistent and structured strength-training and cardiovascular activities. I am a 23-year-old fitness professional who loves working with people to overcome their personal obstacles in life regarding any situation. Weather its helping someone become stronger, toned, maintaining their figure, weight loss or even eating habits. I love being a personal trainer because it allows me to show my passion and willingness to help others. I love to see the changes in someone’s body, their huge change in confidence, and smiles I receive after someone has trained with me. Looking great and feeling even better is a goal I have with all clients. Since becoming a gymnast in high school I began to love everything about fitness and wanted to become a trainer. Now being able to fulfill my dream here.

I’d have to say my favorite exercises would be anything that has to do with legs. Squats, lunges, and elastic band work.
Matt Green teaches Strength and Conditioning. He has a background in weight training and fitness. Matt has been training in jujitsu for 9 years at Sud'n Impact and occasionally teaches the class. His focus is training clients to get in shape and accomplish their goals. He implements high intensity work outs with modifications depending on your capability. Matt tries to create a training environment that motivates and empowers individuals to challenge themselves in a rewarding way.
Zach Kaiser is a personal trainer who specializes in strength and conditioning. He graduated from Bishop Dwenger class of 2015. After a brief hiatus studying Nutrition Science at Purdue University, Zach joined the workforce and has been personal training on the side. He is high energy with a passion for progress and is equipped to help anyone reach their fitness goals!
